Create custom entity or duplicate default entity

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Can you share the method of creating default entity or custom entity in CRM. The thing is that all given entity types are not working in role type 'team' but working in 'all' or 'own'. When we assign a aa user, the taking much time to showing.
Please help.
