Hi,
we have a bunch of external sales guys and want them to add their leads etc. into the crm.
Of course they should only see their own records but as soon as I set the rule to "view only own" they can create duplicates of leads other sales guys are currently working on.
Is there a way to send them a message that the lead may already exists and they should contact the sales manager about it without granting view access to all leads, accounts, etc.?
