    Portal Issue

    I have been using espocrm for over two years now. I have used a portal for clients to submit orders for two years now without issue.

    Today, I tried to create a new portal for a specific type of client. However, when I test the portal there is no icons on the tool bar. I have created and recreated this portal about six times trying every possible option that I can think of. There is no error in the espocrm log. I even tried to create the portal on an espocrm created from a snapshot from over a week ago with the same result.

    I my espocrm is the current version: 6.1.0

    I am at a complete loss, does anyone have any ideas? Or know how to fix this issue?

    Hi,
    Couple of things I can think of:

    Have you defined a roll for the portal or user?
    Have you set the tab list for the portal?

      Kyle thank you. It was the tab list. For some reason I did not remember the need to set a tab list.
