Send new e-mails directly from an entity

Hello,
we are using EspoCRM to manage a workflow that starts from the contact with new Leads.
To gather the Lead's personal information we have created a specific entity. The operators work on this entity when they get in touch with a Customer.

I'm trying to understand if it is possible to send new e-mails to the customers directly from this entity, so to keep the sent e-mails and the answers always linked to the Customer history.

Is there anyone that have already addressed this problem? Didn't find any suggestions in the support documentation.

witch type of entity is your custom entity ?

if you change your custom entity (entity->type) from base to Compagny or Person .. that do the trick i think.
how do that ? not know, search forum/goodle "change entity type"

Maybe but backup before !
list all your custom field and so in entity manager and relation for your enity
remove your entity (i think don't remove table in database)
add new entity type .. but with same name as removed entity
add all your custom field

but don't try it in production.
