If you want to build a report you should have advanced pack which is include Reports, Workflows, Business Process Management.

Yes you can build your own dashlets If you have dev skill.

No. I want to use it in my profile with administrator role. I found dashlet yesterday. But I dont know: is "Sales Pipeline" in dashlet format only? Or I can build a report?

Hi,
Are you trying to add the Sales Pipeline dashlet by your regular user? If so then this user must have the Read access (Role) for the Opportunity entity.
