How to send email for another user

I am an Admin at my EspoCRM instance, and I want to create an email that will have another user as sender. But I can only select either myself or system email in the From field, why is that?

Hi,
It is the normal system logic. It would be weird if you could send emails from another user. Each system user can send email from:
- Own email address (needs configured SMTP in Personal Email Account Personal)
- System email address ('Is Shared' box should be checked in Administration -> General Outbound)
- Group Email Account ('Is Shared' box should be checked in SMTP settings of a Group Email Account)
