The Authentication Method is use LDAP, but I also want create a new user in the EspoCRM directly which is not in the LDAP system, and I try to login as the new user, it prompts the wrong username/passwd, actually, it's correct, so it's a bug or configuration problem?

It is not a bug. It is just not supported what you want. If you are using LDAP, so only LDAP users have access to the system.

This is unfriendly when I want to test the privilege functions between diffrent roles or teams since it need the LDAP account information which is sensitive for the actual users.
