    Auto-populating field based on another

    Hello

Is there a way to auto-populate one field based on another? For example, I have two enum fields. The first enum field has an associated status with each option (i.e. if I choose 'Operating Expense' then the status should be 'Recurring', if I choose 'Service Fee' then the status should be 'One-Time').

Are there any suggestions as to how I can link the two fields (whether that be through a workflow or something else)? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I don`t know, if it works with two enum filds (as I never had such case), but it works with other fields by formula (ifthen with entity/attribute set). Maybe it works with enum too.
