Hi,
You can create a Target List that will be populated with a Report that checks for the Lead list, or Leads with special criteria. The Target List syncs with a report by a Sync Target Lists with Reports schedule job.
Also, you need to connect this Target List to the desired MailChimp List (Audience). Target List syncs with the Audience by a MailChimp Sync Queue schedule job.

Is it possible that every lead that is created will be automatically shown in my Mailchimp as a contact?
