Adding New Language - Sinhala

Hi Developer Team,

I wanted to add new language to espocrm and I tried to find it in the https://poeditor.com/join/project/gLDKZtUF4i but sinhala is not available. Could you please add the sinhala language if possible and I can start the translation.
