404 in documentation

Filewise it exist though: https://github.com/espocrm/documenta.../api-action.md

Using a cheat the URL work though ( https://docs.espocrm.com/development/api-action/ ), the URL is incorrect add the word /modules/

As I'm not sure if it should be under /Modules/ or not I won't do a Pull Request.

I mean link in this paragraph:

There is "API routes" which is redirecting to 404 error.
