Export all Data from local to webhosted Espo

Hi guys,
i really need your help. I installed a few month ago a version of EspoCrm on our local Linux server. Now we want to move this Crm to a webhosted version.
I installed everything at the CRM is still running. But now i have to import the data. I know it´s possible to import contacts, accounts etc. but what i really need is to import the activities of the users.
Do anybody know how to do it? One step was to create a file with "{
"importable": true }". Now i can choose in the import menu User - but the activity field is not showing.

should be all in the database, export it locally and import on the server

Why would you do that? I believe the correct step should be

Upload all your file from local to webhosted
Upload and import your exported database to the webhosted
Edit the config file with correct configuration (password, username, IP, domains name)
