Roles Scopes disappeared in admin view

Yesterday needed to tweak the Scopes for a Role and discovered the whole section is not available, for any Role
Apart this all seems working fine.
Can't find a reason for that, I only managed a few entities and added data. Tested the Breakfree CRM app.

Upgrading from 6.0.4 to 6.0.6 solved the problem.
