How can i change the sender name?

Hi everyone,

Every time when i send a mail thru the CRM, the receiver sees only my first name and not my first name and last name.
While my settings are good. Someone knows the problem?

Every user in our CRM has the same problem, only the first name shows.

Hi, I think, this has to do with the configuration of your email account itself (I guess it is a gmail account). There you can configure, how Googlemail shows your sender address.

I don't think so because when i send a email thru gmail, the receiver gets to see my whole name.

Hi,
I think you sent your email with General Outbound Email Configs (Administration -> Outbound Emails) instead of your Personal Emails Account.
Note, to be able to send emails via your Personal Email Account, you should set up SMTP configs.
