Multi enum fields do not work in email template

Hi,
I have an entity with a few relationships to multi enum fields from other entities, which I want to include in PDF and email templates. In PDF it works, the field`s content is appearing, but not so in the email template, even though the placeholder is available.
Multi-enum fields from the entity itself do work.

Also the fields that contain the assigned user are not shown.

Is that not possible to achieve?

Hi there,
I've chacked it with placeholder '{...}' in an email template and it works for the Multi-enum field. I've tested on the EspoCRM v.5.9.4.
1. What EspoCRM version do you use?
2. Provide the steps of how you are applying your Email Template.

Hi, I have to apologize, because after your message I checked again the field placeholders and I obviously had chosen the wrong relationship before. Now it all works. Thank you again.
