User rights - view and edit on their own customers - not see others

We have a lot of possibilities in espoCRM with user and group rights.
Is their any method to give a user only 'read and write' rights for his/her own customers.

This mean .. an office manager can 'read and edit' all
An salesmen can only 'read and edit' his own (leads) customers.

This will give a junoir sales men more control for the sales-manager when he/she start.

the standard ACL options allow to set users to be able to edit/view based on Lead Assigned to (owner) and Lead Team. Same for contacts.
