Same problem here.

Hosted on a shared Host. EspoCRM 4.1.6

Same here... came out during upgrading from 3.7.4 to 3.9.1

Shared hosting, so it's not possible to enable support for both chgrp and chown.

Any solution for this?

Your server does not permit to use chgrp(). Just enable its support.
