Hide expired documents

How can I hide all the expired documents in list view only for portal users?

I'm not sure is that enough, but maybe you could create custom filter for your portal?

You can probably hide it using the Dynamic Logics but perhaps using formula to change the User for all Expired Documents to an Non-Portal Users/Team

With the hiding part, if they still have the URL I think they can find it and open it, I think your best option is #2. Formula or (workflow if you got the extensions) to change the User/Team
