PDF Template on Cases

sorry but the time is running out for a project i'm making.
Is it possible to Print PDF for Cases using the PDF Templates?
I already made a PDF Template for Case but the option in Actions is not available.

Could you describe it more explicitly? For better understanding screenshots are welcome.

Print PDF is missing

You need to refresh a web page to update metadata. Do it and check for the 'Print to PDF' action again.

Tips: After the first time creating PDF template then refresh, and you create a new template it will appear on the list without refreshing, you just need to close/open the popup Sidebar and re-open the template selection by click the "Print to PDF" again.
