WebSocket: how to test that it is working?

Hello!

In a previous post I got the hint to activate WebSocket.

As I dont have ftp access to the server I asked my server administrator to install WebSocket according to the procedure as described:

It was also activated in administration/settings.

I did not see a different performance of EspoCRM after activating WebSocket.

How can I test it, to find out if it was installed correctly?

Hi,

Click F12 to open a browser console. See whether there's any error related to WebSocket. If there's no error, chances that WebSocket works fine are high.
