visibility of all group leads

Dear all,


There is a group #1 that contain 3 users. (1 manager & 2 subordinates).
Manager has a role to read a lead only for group. If 1 subordinate creates a Lead with self-assigned (without choosing group) then manager doesn't have a possibility to see created Lead. Is it right? How to eliminate this issue if subordinate fogerts to choose the group?

Try to set the default team for the those users, then this team must set by default to the created entities
