The opportunities is not displayed in the stream

Hi there,
I believe that your manager should be assigned to the new opportunity, to be notified in his own stream that the new entry was created.

There was a problem: there is a group in which there is the role of manager. This role for the opportinity ands stream has attribute - all.
Another user of this group created an oppotunity. This action is not displayed in the manager's stream.
How can this be fixed?.
