Create Portal Users Via Workflow

Im trying to automatically create and link portal users upon account creation. However I only see "Users" entity in there and not portal users entity. Can anyone tell me how to add portal users entity to the dropdown so we can create portal users via workflow?

Please, Can you give more details? I need to automatically create a portal user after creating a new Contact. I will need to use this formula too, but I don’t understand what fields to use and how. The Portal User has only one "Create PortalUser" field in Label. Is there any real example with a working formula and with all declared variables? Maybe I need to link a new Contact with an existing portal?
