No name of the user in email sent using group or outbound emails

Hi.

Our instance of Espocrm does not use personal emails.
Team sales use a group email, and every user has their signature, and name and last name in the setting.
I want that the sender in the email is the name of the user, i.e.
Name Lastname <sales@...>
Is it possible? I cannot find a way to do it.

Surprisingly, it seems that the name of the sender is the content of the field Name in the Outbound email setting (also when it is not used). If I leave this field empty, there is no name of the sender.

Hi.

There is no such an ability. For the General Outbound and Group Email Account the system sends the From Name Parameter. You need to change code to achieve what you want. I suggest you use Personal Email Accounts for your users.
