Available Fields? - Missing in Layout Manager

I'm curious as to why I can't see certain fields available in the layout manager.

For example, in the Meetings Entity there is a set of address fields. I don't see the ability to add them in a layout though.

As far as I'm aware there is no Address field for meetings? Are you sure there is one? By default if you want any field you need to first create it in Entity Manager, then get it to display in the Layout Manager (detail/list/detail small are the main 3).

All field that you create (or is available as a default) should be display as an option to add in the Layout Manager. Only one entity (and maybe other less used one I'm not aware of) that doesn't layout option is Email. It have plenty of field but layout is disable.

PS: I really want to increase the "Parent" field to be 1 single row rather than 2 column like the default layout in Email field.
