Sending Document by EMail

I want send Document by Email
Should I use original attachment in Document or copy it for new Email?

My system is terrible while using Email attachments. Time out, slow upload, etc.

If you can forward the attachment, that probably be best at the moment. Then attach the Documents from your Documents. Lastly it Attached it from your PC (which require you to download the file then reupload to the email server).
