Notification by email does not work

I have cron enabled and all the scheduled jobs active. I can send and receive emails. One group account is set for all the members of the team.

I cannot figure out how to send notifications by email. When a comment in the stream is referred to a user, he receives the notification correctly in the icon. The same happens when an email is received for a followed account.
However, I cannot find a way to send these notifications to the user by email.
Can you help me?
No errors in the log . I have also run cron.php manually.

RESOLVED

My problem was that the SMTP configuration for sending notification was incorrect.
To send notifications you have to set an SMTP in

Administration > Outbound Emails

that was not clear to me.
