  • Office365 InboundEmail not working

    I tried to setup an Office365 group email account, but the connection and sending tests always fail. I uploaded the logs here: https://pastebin.com/raw/1Z3Eh4t5

    It looks like a bad password but it works in the browser. I'm wondering if I'm using the correct username (it is a custom domain, using office365).

      I checked, the organization has 2fa disabled so I don't think it's the case

        Ok I finally get it... when the POP and IMAP settings is greyed out it has been disabled by the exchange administrator (even tough it reads enabled).
