problem with forum notifications

Sometimes I get notifications that lack a link to the topic so I'm unable to find it.

what is this? when I click the link it goes to https://forum.espocrm.com/node/59577 which says I have no permissions

Based on my experience digging into these Ghost post, it seem due to be the user's account has not been verified or their post and/or account was deleted. Forum doesn't clean Notification of these dead link.
