Notifications (bell icon) not work

I'm trying to run a notification under bell icon. But I don't know where I have mistake. I am using Windows Server 2016.

Could you tell what kind of notification you want to see (e.g. user posted on ..., user has assigned task to you, user has changed a field..., etc.)?
Please describe the steps to reproduce.

1. What user and what actions he did?
2. What user should receive the notification?

Regular user creates a task with a reminder, a notification will appear in the lower right corner of the browser. It is ok. Tasks and notifications are not shared between users.
But I also need a notification under the bell icon.

Well, reminder and notification are a little bit different. You can't force a reminder to be shown as a notification. But you can use Workflow from the Advanced Pack to achieve it https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...e-notification.
