Refresh Button Disappeared After Upgrade To Version 5.9.1

My refresh button disappeared after upgrading. Anyone else have this issue? See screenshot below

That button was for reset the search, you can use the search button to refresh your results,

The change is the icon became x and only appear when you have advanced search applied like in the picture bellow.

So the search button replaced the refresh button correct?

'x' button does the same action that 'refresh' button did. We used wrong icon before. 'refresh' button actually did not refresh, it cleared all search params as well as sorting.
