"Create Record" Button on Small List View [How to Question]

I want to add a "Create Record" button on my small list. For example in Contacts, if you open up the Account small list view at the bottom there is a button "Create Account" for you to quickly make an account.
I have another entity that is currently in a Relationship link that is at the bottom panels (such as Case, Documents, Properties). I can use the + button to create a new entity but usually I click the "..." (select dotdotdot) button first, do a search, if no result, I cancel the small list and then click the + (plus) button to create a new record.
Would prefer if there is a way to add a button so I can just Create from the the "Small List View". Here is a screenshot of the button.
