How to exclude a user in the Round-Robin assignment rule

The user must always belong to the target team.

In other words, a user who can never have lead assigned.

I tried through conditions and also the roles but I couldn't get it.

Please help. Thanks

You need to specify Target User position. Then all users with that position in team will take part in assignment cycle. That means all users need to have the same position in team. It's not possible to directly exclude a specific user.
