Messages do not fall into Inbox folder.

    Messages do not fall into Inbox folder.

    All the new messages appear in the folder ALL, and not in Inbox.
    Besides, they come marked "Read".
    What is the logic of sorting incoming emails?
    Is there any place, where I can view all and only the Unread and/or unprocessed emails? If not, how to create it?

    Hi,

    When email comes into EspoCRM, the system takes all email addresses of the email (from, to, cc) and look-up for users with these email addresses. Then these users will have that email in their Inbox.

    With group email account it's also possible to make all users of a specific team to have emails in their Inbox.

    I assume your user record doesn't have the email address specified.

      Aha, emails to the group account fall into Inbox for the users of the team, which assigned to this account.

      "Personal Email Accounts"? No, it doesn't. But doesn't matter, as its use is not supposed for now.
