Requirements Statement

Hello,

Thank you for your work.

This is just a suggestion to modify the requirements statement on PHP. It currently says 5.6 and higher. But that is not true for PHP 7.4.

Suggest taking the guesswork out by stating 5.6 to X.X

Could you point out the exact place where it's stated 5.6?
