change primary account title (phrase) by dropdown list

i'm new to espocrm just installed it to test if we could use it @work.
is it possible to change the primary account title field on the contact by a dropdown menu see screencap below

Hi,

Not possible w/o coding at this moment. I will think about implementing autocomplete list in the future.

Ok, yes implementing autocomplete would be fine. The thing is we have contacts that can belong to differents accounts with differents "title" like CEO and accounter in another account...
We would like to target all CEO and if a user is not writing it the same way like C.E.O for example, it'll be difficult to target.
or is there another way to do it?
