I am new to EspoCRM, I am looking for a way to automatize tasks.
The Idea is that you have Leads, a certain amount of these leads go through a pre defined process.
The process for my better understanding of the CRM would look something like this:
1. 10 leads loaded
2. 10 Tasks created and assigned to a user
3. Than a question for the user "task done" or "not?"
4. Do something else
But even with this I am struggling with the business process management system.
What I want is to create a custom entity with custom fields, further to forward the entity to the user on his main desk with the ability to click "done" or "not done".
In the process flow chart I created a start point - a task with an action to create a record (for a custom entity / event) to which I assigned a user.
But so far the user doesn't get the task?
