Dashlet question?

I am very new to this system. I have created some new sales stages, however they are not showing up in the dashlet when I go to all opportunities by sales stage. I merely have submitted, no bid and canceled. How can I encapsulate these so the dashboards are picking them up as a data point.

Hi,
I didn't encounter such issue (see screenshot). I added a few new stages to the Opportunity and they are shown on the Dashlet. Could you describe step-by-step what actually did you do to let me reproduce it?
