  • Email Filter's Parent (Question)

    I'm trying to create filter to automate my Email "Parent" field, need to know how to add more Entity in this Parent field of Email Filter. Not sure how to.

    If not worked you need to override this line on your custom folder

      Thank you.

      Interesting, you can open it using the URL and it will still work. There is no "field" hyperlinks in the Field manager.

      In my case it would be to use:
      https://demo.espocrm.com/?lang=en_US...pe=EmailFilter


      Editing that doesn't seem to work for me though, reading this field again it seem like it is a different type of "Parent" field, so it doesn't suite the purpose I'm after. I'm trying to auto assign Parent to Case/Account/Contact depend on email content. Look like I can only do that with Workflow instead of Email filter?

      eymen-elkum Missed this one since it was posted in Comments.

      Awesome, going to give it a try, this might solve some issue for me. I see, the secret is to add the &field=parent there. Otherwise it previous URL I posted won't work.

        OK, so I gave this a test. Using that link you can add those option but it rather pointless and probably won't fulfill what this thread about. Just got to wait for an update enhancement or some other method.

        You will only have the option of "ignore"
