    Hi

    I recently sent an email campaign and in the mass email record I can see some targets for which the delivery failed.
    Is there any possibility to get some more informations? In some logs or in another view of the CRM?

    Hi,
    To get more info you can check:
    1. your email box ('From' email box in your SMTP configs) if the delivery trouble was upon sending from your SMTP server to recipient.
    2. EspoCRM log file in the /data/logs directory if the delivery trouble was upon transferring emails from EspoCRM to your SMTP server.
