Account - Phone Data Relation

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help mes with this question,

Te phone numbers are stored into the table phone_number but in that table we do not have any field to relate with its owner.
Where is stored the relation between the phone number and, for instance, the Account?

I mean, For Account A these are the phone number...xxx, yyy and zzz

entity_phone_number is relation table between entity type and phone_number
