    Trigger a workflow rule only 1 time

    Good morning guys, I would like to know if there is any formula that makes a workflow be applied only once per record.

    For example, within the lead entity I want this workflow to update a certain field based on a trigger (update status when a call is completed)

    however, I want him to do this update within the lead only once, even if the trigger happens again (a call completed again)

    Hi,

    No such an ability. You need to add some logic that will prevent workflow from triggering after it triggered once. For example: set some custom field with a value true with workflow, and check this value in conditions of the same workflow.
