    How are the Lines used in the VoIP Extension configuration for Asterisk?

    I have a case where we have multiple outgoing lines and we need the user to choose the outgoing line when they click on the phone number.

    Currently we do it this way from the softphone.

    Let's say the phone number is this 44123456789.
    The lines are 33, 44, 55, 66 (different VoIP providers, outgoing phone number, etc...)

    They open the softphone and they type 3344123456789, 4444123456789, 5544123456789, or 6644123456789 to call from the respective line.

    Is this possible with the VoIP extension and EspoCRM's click-to-call?

    It's possible only when you have some rules for adding the line prefix. For example:
    1. This phone "44*********" should use the "44" prefix.
    2. Or even you can define a prefix for each Account or Contact. And then use it for a click-to-call action.
    All these tricks should be done via code.
