  • Gmail and IMAP Email Monitoring

    We use gmail IMAP for our corporate email accounts. We have recently installed ESPO and want to activate the main email features. Within ESPO I was able to setup the IMAP email functionality, get a successful connection and start receiving emails. MY QUESTION IS: are two copies of new incoming emails; one on our gmail mail server and one within our ESPO IMAP email console? It seemed like the answer is no because i couldn't find the emails which got forwarded to ESPO in my gmail account liteblue, I DO WANT TWO COPIES - I NEED ALL EMAILS SAVED ON GMAIL and copies of which ever emails I monitor on ESPO. HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE?

    Hi,
    EspoCRM doesn't have an ability to delete fetched emails from the email box. Fetched emails are marking as 'read' upon fetching (you can select an option to leave them 'unread'). Perhaps you have some filter to not show read emails or something like that.
