Hello, I miss some Campaigns module features documentation or guidance how to use all it's features. Now I would like to run some win-back campaign to our ex customers with a series of e-mails and not sure how to do it in a proper way to get the visibility of it's progress/success and so on?

As far as Campaign documentation goes I only found one article here: https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...mail-campaign/
But this is a Paid feature (BPM / Advanced Pack / Workflow). Haven't really used Campaigns so can't help. You might have some luck searching on the forums.-
If I understood correctly this will send regular e-mails and will not bring a statistics like campaign do. -
From what I been reading scattered over the forum there is a way to track email being "open" and "being click", etc. As for how to do that I'm uncertain at this stage. But the function is there to use.
As for that article, I believe that is just one example of it capability.
