Creating Task with Opportunity/Account as Parent from Workflow

Hello, I've been trying to create a workflow that creates a task that is linked with an opportunity as soon as it reaches a certain stage, meaning I need it to be linked to the opportunity that triggered the workflow, with some of the details of the opportunity/account already on the task fields so that the assigned user only needs to schedule said task.

Hi,
1. Go to Administration -> Layout Manager -> Task -> detail and add the 'Account' field.
2. Create Workflow as provided on the screenshot.
