  • Relationship between Lead and Account/Contact

    Hello everyone,

    we are currently just trying to implement EspoCRM in our company. At the moment we are just struggling with some little settings and changes and hope that you can help us:

    1. As soon as we Convert a Lead into an account or contact, we still have the Lead with a Status "Converted" in the overview of our Leads site. Is there any possibility that converted Leads are not getting showed in that overview?

    2. Also we have another issue with Leads that we converted into an Account or Contact. At the moment the Social Media Accounts that we added in the overview of the Lead (mixed: Social Media Websites of the Account as well as personal Social Media Websites of the Contact) are getting mixed automatically in the overview of the Account and the Contact. The Problem is at the moment that for example the personal Xing Website of our Contact is also getting showed in the overview of the account.

    Is there any possibility to add the Social Media overview into the Conversion Process like it is possible with other Details such as the Name, Function, E-Mail Adress and that the Social Media Websites are not getting automatically converted both into the account and the contact overview?

    In the Layout Manager there is a field Converted Lead in the Dropdown Overview of Contacts & Accounts

      You can utilize the 'Actual' filter (see screenshot).
