Sending custom PDF as an email

Hi,
I need to generate a PDF file and automatically send it as an email, when lead is moved to a certain stage. Is that possible with espo?

Might have possible with Workflow but out of the box I don't think it possible at the moment.

Hi Mark,
Espcrm is right. You indeed can send PDF template within Workflow. But it is supported for Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices only https://github.com/espocrm/documenta...service-action.

Is there a doc somewhere showing how to do so? I can't seem to find any guidance online for this feature.

That interesting, it look like it is possible to do it via GUI. I wonder if you can choose other entity as well. Hope to hear some feedback from you dodom2

espcrm you can do with the GUI "IF" you have purchased the Advanced Pack Extension. It does work perfect with this. Thanks!
