Custom module

Hi there, I want to have a custom module wich would be really appreciated.
I want to do a service call module. Principe is simple, I want to plan a job to do for a customer, I need to be able to open a ticket and add products and time worked to eventually turn it into an invoice.

I looked a little to the ticket system wich could do the job but no actually there is no possibilities to add products, time or attach a quote or whatever to it.

If someone got an idea on how to do it, you are welcome

I don't use the Sales Pack but it sounds to me that you could implement a "Service Ticket" cloning and modifying the SalesOrder entity.
