Hi!
We created a role where users can only view the cases assigned to their own team. It works perfect.
We see there is an option called "Global Auto-Follow" and it's described in documentation as "For instance, if you want to see the information only about all the new Leads no matter by whom they were created, Global Auto-Follow is exactly the thing you need."
The question is:
If we enable Global Auto-Follow and a user creates and assigns a case to another user of other team, will the user that created the case be able to view the case? (this would be GREAT for us).
